Ronda Rousey and Arianny Celeste are both UFC icons but recent comments have put the two in the middle of an ugly feud.

I’m sorry, but she wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for the fighters.Ronda Rousey

Ronda Rousey an American mixed martial artist and current UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion had a lot to say when she found out that Arianny Celeste told MMA Junkie Radio that Rousey was a big bully. “What did I say that was a bully?” Rousey asked. “That the fighters should get paid more than the ring girls? How does that make me a bully? That makes me f*cking right. I’m sorry, but she wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for the fighters. She wouldn’t. You think her walking in circles around the two guys or two girls out there fighting for their lives is worth more? Think she works harder than they do?” Rousey continued, “You know what would have been the best thing for her to say? ‘Oh my God, you know, these fighters work so hard and I wouldn’t have a job if it wasn’t for them. I just admire them so much. And yeah, I definitely think that they should get paid more than anybody in the arena tonight.’ There ya go. That’s a PR lesson for her.”

Arianny Celeste, a model best known for being a ring girl said, “I think people don’t realize how much work it is to be a model, be a host, be an Octagon Girl. Not only are you walking around in a bathing suit where people are critiquing you for that, but try having a camera in your face and showing your personality and being a host of a TV show. Trying being like a live mannequin and having clients put you in a million different outfits, and you’re wanting to go home, but you’re not able to because you have 50 different more outfits. It’s not as easy as it looks or seems to be in my shoes. And not a lot of people would know that unless they were in my shoes. I’m tired of the bullying, and I’m not going to let it happen to me or any of the other Octagon Girls.”

Interestingly, Ronda Rousey is set to defend her title against Cat Zingano (9-0 MMA, 2-0 UFC) on Saturday at UFC 184 at Staples Center in Los Angeles where Arianny Celeste will also be as the Octagon Girl.
