Ebony Burks

Here’s a tip to all those awaiting trial, keep your big mouth shut after being handed your sentence or you’ll probably end up like this moron who learned the hard way.

Ebony Burks should probably go in the Guinness Book of Records for the longest jail sentence after being help in contempt for arguing with a municipal court judge.

Burks was charged with assault after a domestic violence dispute. The judge ordered she stay away from the alleged victims even if it meant she could not go back to her home. Burks decided to argue with Elyria Municipal Court Judge Gary Bennett and as a result, received a 300-day stay in the Lorain County Jail.
