“Now everything you heard is why I, the actual owner of the Alaska Cannabis Club will be dedicating all of my energy fighting for freedom and fairness and it begins with legalizing marijuana here in Alaska. And as for this job… well, not that I have a choice but F*ck it, I quit.”

News Director Bert Rudman took to the KTVA 11 Facebook page to apologize to viewers citing the reporter had been terminated, which is strange because she clearly quit.

Dear Viewers,

We sincerely apologize for the inappropriate language used by a KTVA reporter during her live presentation on the air tonight. The employee has been terminated. Bert Rudman – News Director – KTVA 11 News

In her own words, Greene says that the reason she quit was to redirect her energy toward helping to end a failed drug policy that has ruined the lives of far too many Americans. Greene has started and Indiegogo page to raise funds to help inform Alaskan voters about Ballot Measure 2, the initiative to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol in Alaska. The money raised will be applied toward travel costs and informational materials (advertising, pamphlets, fliers…).
