“I thought Hulk was gunna kill me!” Linda Hogan (Linda Bollea) lived in constant fear of Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea) during their marriage saying that he would have violent outburst and rage attacks. In an Interview conducted by Matt Lauer on the ‘Today Show’, Linda promotes her book “Wrestling The Hulk: My Life Against The Ropes” in which she depicts a violent Hulk Hogan. In one excerpt, Linda explains “[Hulk] tore my shirt. He threw lamps. He held me down on the bed with his hands around my throat during arguments, slamming doors, pounding walls. I was always afraid he would kill me in one of his rages.” When Lauer asked if Hulk Hogan had felt any remorse of his alleged actions, Linda says “He did not feel remorse — and to this day he’s never apologized for any of his actions.”
In a related story, Not too long after Linda Hogan gave her interview with Matt Lauer, Hulk Hogan joined ‘Bubba The Love Sponge’ on the radio and had a few choice words about Linda: “Just take her and put her in the same category with the Iron Sheik and the Ultimate Warrior. They all belong together.” Hulk Hogan also stated: “no reason” to defend himself against Linda who is a “non-issue” and who’s “still riding on the Hulk Hogan name.”
Now, unlike Gene Simmons and Shannon Tweed Hulk Hogan and Linda Hogan actually divorced one another and do not currently appear on the reality show “Hogan Knows Best” anymore. This can very well be a ploy by Linda to sell copies of her book or this can be the truth.
