So it seems that once nothing happened when 6pm hit last week on May 21 2011, California Preacher, Harold Camping hit the “drawing board” to revise his math.
Harold says that he realizes he was off 5 months and the true date of the rapture is October 21 2011. It seems that May 21st was a “spiritual” rapture day where God was to have passed judgment.
This is not the first time the 89 Year old Preacher had to explain himself. He also predicted the end of the world back in 1994 but stated that it did not occur because of a mathematical error.
In 2009, the nonprofit reported in IRS filings that it received $18.3 million in donations, and had assets of more than $104 million, including $34 million in stocks or other publicly traded securities.
So, what does this mean? It means there will be more donations, more advertising and at least 5 more months to live according to Harold Camping. I would like to know what you think about this Preacher and his followers. Please post your comments below.
