Ex-Megadeth drummer Nick Menza has died after collapsing on stage during a show. Menza,51, was playing with new band OHM at the ‘Baked Potato in studio city, California when he collapsed late Saturday night. Paramedics couldn’t revive him. Officials haven’t released a cause of death.

Menza played alongside Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax, Megadeth makes up metal’s “Big Four.” And for nine years in the early 1990s, Menza played on the Megadeth’s biggest releases: Rust In Peace, Countdown to Extinction, Hidden Treasures, Youthanasia, Cryptic Writings.
