Christopher Boykin, better known as “Big Black” of Rob Dyrdek’s hit MTV show “Rob & Big” has died of an apparent heart attack Tuesday morning.
Boykin saw fame as Rob’s best friend and bodyguard on the reality show, which ran from 2006 to 2008 and also later appeared on ‘Fantasy Factory.’

Although both Boykin and Dyrdek shared many moments like breaking Guinness World Records and catching people with their net gun,their relationship suffered hardship while shooting their show.

Thankfully, Christopher Boykin and Rob Dyrdek did eventually patched things up and worked with one another on later projects.
Christopher Boykin is survived by his 9-year-old daughter. ‘Big Black’ was 45-years-old.
