Seth Gilliam of “The Walking Dead” Arrested for DUI

Star of the “The Walking Dead,” Seth Gilliam was arrested for DUI after cops say the actor was caught speeding down a highway and in possession of marijuana.

Gilliam who plays a priest on the hit zombie television series was arrested in Peachtree City, GA early Sunday morning after officers say they clocked him at 107 mph. Police also say Gilliam admitted to having 3 beers and a shot. Police then discovered a joint hidden in a cigarette box, hidden in the arm rest. Gilliam was arrested and released after posting a $9,818 bond.

In a strange coincidence, co-star Chad L. Coleman who also starred with Gilliam on the show ‘Wire,’ was recorded on going ballistic in a NYC subway. In the video’s description, Chris Lees states: Just to be clear, no one called Chad L Coleman the n-word. I don’t know where TMZ got that information. I was standing next to him from 86th street all the way until 14th street. Around 14th street he got a little too close to a guy sitting down (the black guy in the security jacket). It was then that the guy sitting down, got up, and in Chad Coleman’s face to tell him to back off. That’s when the video starts.

Also, for anyone who doesn’t think he’s “on something” just listen to his unintelligible words at the 3:25 mark.

As for the reason this is filmed filmed vertically instead of horizontally, here’s my explanation. When you use you phone normally, it’s vertical. When you film something on your phone it horizontal. If you don’t want to be seen filming someone on your phone, you film it vertically so people don’t know you’re actually filming them. Especially when there is a huge, screaming man, running around your train, you generally don’t want to upset him, or draw any undo attention to yourself. Apologies if the aspect ratio upsets you.

One may be lead to believe that with the recent events transpiring, there may really be a zombie apocalypse at hand.
