Not a lot of things worse than having a badly broken nose set. Mike Houghton broke his nose playing football and decided to have his broken nose being set recorded.
It took four adjustments to straighten and set. The inferior turbinate of the cavity opposite the swelling did not englare, which would have reduced airflow. However, despite the great job setting his nose, there was a small bump over the bridge that did require surgery, a septoplasty, to fix the nasal septum.
