Casey Anthony Gets Florida Tax Payers To Pay Her Legal Fees

Guess what Florida? Casey Anthony cannot afford her legal fees of $125,000.00 so guess who has to pay? If you are guessing: Florida Tax Payers then you are correct!

Casey Anthony declared herself indigent, back in 2010 which is probably around the same time that the Florida Tax Payers started receiving an increased amount in their taxes.

Casey Anthony was found ‘Not Guilty’ of murdering her daughter, Caylee Anthony on July 5th, 2011 regardless of circumstantial evidence. This was a controversial decision that has not left the public eye as of yet. Casey Anthony has the chance of leaving a very rich woman what with all the interview fees and book deals that will come her way.

Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales, the woman who actually has the name that Anthony used as the fictitious nanny she claimed had kidnapped her daughter, has sued Anthony for defamation and Fernandez-Gonzales attorneys are demanding that they be permitted to review any prospective media deals Anthony may sign in order to assess prospective damages in the suit.

Fernandez-Gonzales has filed a civil suit against Casey Anthony so there’s no way the state of Florida would be stuck footing the bill for Anthony’s legal fees this time.
