Jackass Star “Steve-O” Going to Jail for SeaWorld Protest Stunt

Star of MTV’s ‘Jackass’ Steve-O was sentenced to 30-days in jail after climbing atop a crane in protest of SeaWorld.

Stephen Gilchrist Glover, better known by his stage name Steve-O was charged with 5 misdemeanors after he climbed a Hollywood crane and set off fireworks in protest of the Orca captivity in SeaWorld. Steve-O pleaded no contest to trespassing and possessing fireworks. The other three charges were dismissed.

Steve-O will turn himself in for the 30-day sentence in December with 3 years of probation and has to pay $7,409 in restitution fees and stay out of Hollywood temporarily. He can only perform pranks or stunts in the LA area during his probation with a permit.
