DC Metro Robbery and Fight On Green Line (Raw Video)

Two juveniles have been arrested after a video surfaced showing the Washington DC gang – 44th Street Crew, harassing, intimidating then robbing woman of her phone on a Green Line Metro train.

Apparently the gang isn’t too bright because they keep yelling out their affiliation as well as posted the video on Facebook after the incident.

But the women who had their phone stolen refused to be victims and a fight spilled onto the Fort Totten station platform where the manager of the station alerted Metro Police who responded in minutes. Metro Transit Police Deputy – Chief Ron Pavlik said:

There’s nothing worth fighting over and getting assaulted for.

Be a good witness at that point,” adds Pavlik. “Try to identify what the person looked like: any height, weight, clothing description. Did they flee the train? Did they remain on the train? You can contact the train operator. Another patron can call 911. There are a lot of ways to deal with that situation better

More arrests are expected to be made.
