MAN FILES $5 MILLION DOLLAR POLICE BRUTALITY SUIT FOR BEING TORTURED (Video)

Curtis Hooper of Prineville, Oregon is suing the City of Prineville along with 15 others in federal court for $5 million dollars for being tortured by police.

Curtis Hooper grew up in foster care and has had frequent run ins with police. Curtis is known for being “mouthy and aggressive” but he says police went too far when Jefferson County Deputy – Rob Robbins tortured him while he was pepper-sprayed and later restrained to a medical bed.

Hooper says that Deputy – Rob Robbins has been reprimanded several times and has a long list of violations such as pulling a woman over while in civilian clothes in hos own personal vehicle, having sexual relations with former female inmates and assaulting other inmates.

In the moments leading up to this video, Hooper’s friends thought he may have overdosed on pills and called paramedics. The medics said he was ok but then police were said to have arrived. They pepper-sprayed and handcuffed Hooper and bought him to the hospital where to torture took place.

Usually a person is not restrained unless they are being unruly and Hooper also has a spit guard on him suggesting Hooper was spitting at them. Watch the video and let us know what you think.

  1. That’s all I needed to see bro. Dude couldn’t hurt a flea. He was in a bed, cuffed & muzzled. There was no need to be rippin the guys finger off. Cops abuse there power all the time. They should be prosecuted instead of being put on leave, suspended, fined or fired!
