Special thanks to Amanda Vecchio for providing the this story

The ZOMBIE VIRUS is spreading!!!! A dispute over a television in the Oakwood Diner ended in one man missing a chunk out of his ear.

According to witnesses, it all started when 35-year-old Nicholas Cacace changed the channel at the diner Wednesday afternoon from an oldies music station to ESPN. Louise Newhman, an ex-waitress did not like ESPN and called her husband. That’s when Tomasello – the owner showed up with a bat.

Witnesses said that the two started arguing and Thomasello proceeded to hit Cacace in the back of the head with the bat after Cacace provoked him. The fight spilled outside and that’s when Thomasello took a bite out of Cacae’s ear.

Thomas Tomasello, was arrested for felony assault after biting Nicholas Cacace on the sidewalk outside the Oakwood Diner.

Tomasella has been arrested in the past for patronizing a prostitute, violating an order of protection and criminal contempt. He was most noticed three years ago when he filed a $40 million lawsuit to block a competing pizzeria from opening too close to his Staten Island business.
