Recent Celebrity Divorces

2010 and 2011 have not been a good year for many celebrities as there have been many divorces. Here is a short list of the most recent Celebrity Divorces:

  • Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver – After 25 years of marriage and 4 children, Arnold was recently discovered to have had a secret love child with his House Keeper — MildredPattyBaena. Maria filed for divorce on July 1st, 2011. There was no “Pre-Nup” as well.
  • George Lopez and Anne Serrano have divorced after 17 years of marriage.
  • Courtney Cox and David Arquette were seperated in October of 2010, after 11 years together. Since then, David has had a downward spiral and is trying to recover.
  • Ryan Reynolds and Scarlett Johansson were separated in 2010 and the divorce was finalized July 2011
  • Eva Longoria and Tony Parker divorced in November of 2010 after 3 years of marriage.
  • Sandra Bullock and Jesse James were divorced in March 2010, shortly after Sandra won an Oscar. Jesse was found to be having affairs at the time.
  • Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel dated for 4 years and called it quits in 2011.
  • Zac Efron and Vanessa Hudgens split in December 2010 after 4 years of dating. 
  • Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman spent 5 years together before calling it quits in October 2010. They also have a son together.
  • Ashlee Simpson and Peter Wentz tried marriage for 3 years before they divorced in 2011.
  • Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy dated for 5 years and in April 2010 said “no more”.
  • Sean Penn and Robin Wright divorced in August 2010 after 14 years of marriage.

  1. I’m coming from Germany, however Austria is our neighbour. So, I’m embarrassed a tad how Schwarzenegger had behaved. These days I’ve read there is no marriage contract. The divorce will bring to Maria Shriver a lot of cash. Really, she has adequate of it.
